測驗簡介：「臺大華語文能力檢定測驗」，是由臺大華檢研發團隊編擬的華語文測驗。測驗程度針對華語非母語的學習者，分為初、中、高、優四階，以檢測受試者的華語文能力。本次預試費用全免，參加者可獲得成績單及臺大休閒帽一頂。
測驗對象：華語非母語、已學習華語至少半年的外籍人士（十六歲以上的學生或社會人士都歡迎）。
分階能力說明：

初 階 |
在華語地區可處理短暫（1-15天）旅遊相關事宜。能簡單自我介紹、上街購物、點菜、問路等。 |
|
中 階 |
在華語地區可應付長期（半年以上）居住所需。能談論熟悉話題，並處理租屋、銀行開戶、看病掛號等日常事務。 |
|
高 階 |
可在華語地區工作或就讀大學一般科系。能應付偶發狀況，並談論個人、專業、流行事物，及少許不熟悉的話題。 |
|
優 階 |
可在華語地區就讀大學文史科系，或進一步至研究所深造。能流利地談論各種議題，並理解華人文化及文學。 |

NTU Looking for People to Take Trial Chinese Language Proficiency Test
Introduction: This test is designed for non-native speakers of Chinese by the National Taiwan University General Chinese Language Test R&D Lab.
The test is divided into four levels: basic, intermediate, advanced, and superior. This trial test is free, and every test taker will receive a grade and a NTU cap.
Who is Eligible: People who have studied Chinese as a second language for more than half a year. (This test is open to both students over 16 years of age and the general public.)
Description of Four Proficiency Levels:

Basic Level |
Able to deal with everyday situations encountered during short trips in Chinese speaking communities, such as introducing oneself, shopping, ordering a meal, or asking for directions. |

Intermediate Level |
Level good enough to satisfy the needs of living in a Chinese speaking community for more than half a year. Able to discuss familiar topics and handle simple tasks, such as renting an apartment, opening a bank account, or registering at a hospital. |
|
Advanced Level |
Level good enough to work or take college courses in Chinese except in literature or history. Speakers can deal with unanticipated contingencies and are able to talk about themselves and their professions, current events, and more obscure topics. |
|
Superior Level |
Superior level speakers can take college courses in Chinese in any subject, including literature and history. People at this level are conversant in a wide range of topics and can understand Chinese cultural and literary texts. |
